VP Of Operations
Incredible opportunity to join a twenty-eight year old stable Regional Company (original owner) specializing in Janitorial Services for Restaurants, Hotels and Country
Clubs. We are looking for a senior level manager who will assume full
responsibility for the entire Operations of Emmaculate Reflections Cleaning
Service. This person will report to the President of the Company. The position
will require a hands on approach in managing a diverse group of cleaning
accounts.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and direct all Emmaculate Reflections supervisors.
- Ensure Emmaculate Reflections policies and procedures are being adhered to at
all accounts.
- Ensure all accounts are properly and adequately staffed.
- Ensure overall Company quality control is at a high level.
- Ensure training program is adequate.
- Improve SOP’s.
- Improve overall direction of Ops.
- Ensure proper procedures for complaint resolutions are adhered to.
- Improve the Company’s floor care procedures and standards.
- Improve the Company’s satellite operations.
- Decrease turnover.
- Manage leadership work schedules.
- Develop subcontractor relationships and improve communications.
- Train all managers on the 8 “C’s” of Emmaculate Reflections.
- Responsible for major account management.

Requirements
Candidate should have a proven track record running a large, diverse operations
department providing services to a diverse customer base. Previous experience
with: cost center responsibilities, account management, customer retention,
customer service, trouble shooting, management of supervisors, facility
management and multiple office locations is required.
-Bachelors in Business or related field
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-7+ years of Operations Management experience
-Account management experience

-Customer Service experience
